We may collect the following personal data: • Full name • Company / business name • Email address • Phone number • Technical requirements (sqm, KVA, industrial zone, urgency, user type) We do not collect sensitive personal data (datos sensibles) as defined by Mexican law, nor do we process special categories of data under GDPR.

Your data is processed for the following purposes: • Industrial real estate matchmaking: matching your requirements with available properties in our partner network. • Lead qualification: assessing fit and urgency to prioritise your enquiry. • Commercial communications: sending confirmations, property briefs, and advisor follow-ups. • Platform improvement and analytics. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): processing is necessary for the performance of a (pre-)contractual relationship and our legitimate interest in providing intermediation services.

Your data may be shared with: • Pre-qualified broker partners under confidentiality and commission agreements, solely to match your industrial real estate requirements. • Technology sub-processors: Supabase (database, US), Vercel (hosting, US), Resend (transactional email, US). All third parties are contractually bound to process your data only for the purposes described here. International transfers to the US are performed under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We retain your personal data for 24 months from the date of collection, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. After this period, data is anonymised or permanently deleted.

Under Mexico's LFPDPPP and GDPR (where applicable) you have the right to: • Access (Acceso): know what data we hold about you. • Rectification (Rectificación): correct inaccurate or incomplete data. • Cancellation (Cancelación): request deletion of your data. • Opposition (Oposición): object to processing for specific purposes. To exercise your rights, send a written request to emilio@linkednexus.com.mx with subject line "ARCO Request". We will respond within 20 business days. EU/UK residents may additionally lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

We use essential session cookies to operate the platform. We may use analytics cookies (anonymised) to improve our service. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, or loss, including TLS encryption in transit and access controls at rest.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after such notice constitutes acceptance.
